True Threats is the online institution American Patriots enter to gain a deeper understanding of the legal doctrines of our common law system. Doctrines that have evolved over the centuries, but (until now) have been kept hidden from all but the properly initiated. The project is headed by veteran legal and political rebel, Zach Cook, who has served in the New Mexico House of Representatives since 2009, while practicing law since 2004.

At True Threats, we believe government is necessary to sustain and protect an ordered society of Citizens. We also believe that a government made up of three tyrannical branches, all with an equally uncontrollable appetite to subvert the power of the people by making laws designed to suit the desires of the elite corporate and political classes, poses the truest threats to your God-given freedom.

This site aims to instruct grown men and women who believe in American Exceptionalism and who believe that the United States is a sovereign Nation made up of people with a common history, language, and culture. But, we’re here exclusively for people willing to work hard, to read, and to think about the law in a way rarely presented to them by the evil globalist machine that has devastated the lives and minds of far too many of our loved ones and fellow Citizens.

Practicing law against gauche leftist lawyers in front of liberal judges, and being an America First politician in a state run by “progressives” sucks real bad, too. But I’m here to share what I’ve learned along the way to help you better understand the way it works.
